THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR 2008 RADIO-THON A SUCCESS............................

"Radio offers perhaps the closest equivalent today to what Jesus was able to do with large groups through his preaching.  Radio is an intimate medium and may well be the most effective means of    reaching  large numbers of people."

Pope John Paul 1920-2005

A HEART WARMING STORY OF A QUILT

When we reflect on the selfless attributes of Bishop Frederick Baraga, it's no wonder Baraga Broadcasting selected his legacy as our Logo and Crest. Betsy Wallace (a member of our all-volunteer team) has created a home made quilt reflecting Bishop Baraga and the Baraga Broadcasting Crest. Betsy has been quilting for over 30 years and has numerous awards and blue ribbons to validate her skills. Betsy and her husband Deacon John are faithful members of The Cross In The Woods National Shrine Parish in Indian River, Michigan. You can view Betsy's handy work by clicking on this link.
